Hello again, true believers.  The big story this week is, of course, "Weird Al" Yankovic's parody of Lorde's "Royals"  which is called "Foil."

I know it's hard to believe, but I didn't make this

The "Weird Al" thing is the subject of the first half of this week's exciting episode of WILFORD FUNGUS FOR AMERICA.   The second half is about this crazy Nash Grier situation...   we'll get into that a little deeper in just a bit, but first watch the video...

Now, back to Nash Grier.  Recently he has been in the news a lot for pissing everybody off.

everyone is pissed

One example of this is the controversy that led to Nash having to pull down his infamous video WHAT GUYS LOOK FOR IN GIRLS from his channel.

Though no longer on his channel, this video is still out there on the various nether reaches of the internets...

In the interest of fairness, we will see what these guys have to say...

Dr. Zoidberg:  "Your video is bad, and you should feel bad."

Alright, that's enough silliness for awhile.  Let's end today's post with this week's SONG OF THE DAY, which is obviously "Foil" by "Weird Al" Yankovic...

Once again, thank you, and please remember to support your local zoo.  Stay classy, Chicago!

  1. I don't see why the Nash Grier video was offensive. The qualities they look for in girls are similar to those girls look for in boys...however they were probably lying. Which one was Nash Grier?

The song of the day annoyed me when it said the moon landings were faked, which they certainly were not. However, I broadly agreed with the praise given to Aluminium foil, which balanced things out.

    1. Nash is the one in the middle. Some people felt it was offensive because they thought Nash was being insensitive to the self-esteem struggles of some of his young fans.

  2. It saddens me that a video like that can spark so much outrage. Thousands of comments underneath pretty much making the same two points.

    1. Lord Throckmorton Fungusleaves would agree with you that the whole situation is revolting.
